Kate Brown becomes the first openly bisexual person elected governor in U.S. history

Kate Brown, who’s bisexual, made history Tuesday night becoming the first openly LGBT person to win election as governor in the United States, after winning her election in Oregon. She has already been serving as governor for more than a year, but until now wasn’t elected to the position.
